Lowe’s is expanding its MyLowe’s Rewards program with new offerings aimed at enhancing customer engagement. The home improvement retailer now includes Kids Workshops as part of its loyalty program. This initiative is designed to provide “great member-only moments,” as explained by Joe Cano, Senior Vice President of Digital Commerce at Lowe’s.

Lowe’s Expands Rewards Program with Family-Friendly Events

In addition to offering exclusive promotions and early access to deals, Lowe’s is introducing unique in-store experiences through the MyLowe’s Rewards program. The new Kids Workshops are a key feature, providing children with hands-on learning activities in a store setting.

“These workshops are part of our efforts to build relationships with our customers and their families,” Cano said. “It’s not always about the product; it’s about saying, ‘We care about you as a customer and as a family.’” Lowe’s aims to make customers feel invited and welcome to visit the store anytime.

Engagement Beyond Products: Community Events

The Kids Workshops join other popular events hosted by Lowe’s, such as Ladies Night Out and Family Night Out. These events offer a variety of in-store activities designed to create memorable experiences and strengthen customer loyalty. Cano emphasized that these efforts help Lowe’s build lasting relationships with its loyal members.

“Our goal is to ensure our loyalty members feel valued, not just through discounts but also through experiences that make them feel connected to the brand,” Cano added.

Price Sensitivity Drives Loyalty Program Focus

Price remains a key focus for Lowe’s MyLowe’s Rewards program. The retailer is increasingly aware of customers’ budget-consciousness, especially given the rising costs of home improvement projects. Lowe’s aims to provide the best value through tailored promotions and discounts that cater to the specific projects customers are most interested in.

“People are more budget-conscious now,” Cano said. “We want to make sure we’re offering the best products at the best prices. Our loyalty members should always see the value in what we’re offering.”

Lowe’s is working to enhance its MyLowe’s Rewards program by blending value-driven pricing with unique customer experiences, ensuring its members feel appreciated and engaged at every visit.
